Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

At BlogThread, we are dedicated to protecting intellectual property rights and fostering a respectful community for creators. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on BlogThread in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify us by providing a written DMCA notice with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

DMCA notices can be sent to: mahtabalam.jnvaa@gmail.com.

Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also notify the user who posted the material and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the US, the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Counter-notices can be sent to the same email: mahtabalam.jnvaa@gmail.com. Upon receipt, we may restore the material if the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days.

Additional Guidelines

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. This policy is subject to change at any time, and we encourage users to review it periodically.
