• UG Admission Updates The much-awaited Round 1 seat allotment for UG admissions via CUET-UG 2025 was released on August 8, 2025. Subsequent rounds follow swiftly—Round 2 on August 11, Round 3 on August 14, and Round 4 on August 18. Classes are set to begin on August 28, 2025.

• New SWAYAM Courses Launched BHU rolled out 63 free SWAYAM online courses for the 2025 session, spanning disciplines like management, arts, engineering, law, life sciences, Ayurveda, and more. Registrations began in two phases—July 21 and August 18—with exams scheduled for October 2025.

• Community & Research in Action

  • A geospatial technology workshop trained over 60 participants—students and professors—in GIS, GPS, and remote sensing for rural development.

What Is Banaras Hindu University (BHU)?
